What is Pilates?

Yoga practitioners enjoy increased flexibility, concentration and relaxation.

There are many styles of yoga, and each emphasizes something different: strict body alignment, coordinating breath and movement, flowing from one posture to the next, or holding a posture.

The most commonly encountered styles include:

  1. Ashtanga, a physical, powerful style that is designed for advanced students.
  2. Hatha, a style known for its attention to breathing and stretching; and Iyengar, known for its attention to detail and precise postural alignment.


What is Bosu?

Most people are familiar with the large stability balls used in exercise routines. A Bosu looks like someone took half of that ball and mounted it on a platform.

The Bosu can be used with either side up (Bosu is an acronym for "both sides up").

And is used both as a tool for balance and in many of the same ways that a stability ball can be used, for strength and stretching.

What is BLAST?

Blast is a high-energy cardio workout that helps with balance, agility, strength and stamina.

Blast exercise use ATP (Adenosin Three Phospat) for process metabolism of the body for increasing balance, agility, stamina and power.
