What is Pilates?

Yoga practitioners enjoy increased flexibility, concentration and relaxation.

There are many styles of yoga, and each emphasizes something different: strict body alignment, coordinating breath and movement, flowing from one posture to the next, or holding a posture.

The most commonly encountered styles include: Ashtanga, a physical, powerful style that is designed for advanced students: Bikram, or "hot" yoga.

Where the asanas or poses are performed in a heated room and Iyengar, known for its attention to detail and precise postural alignment.

What is Nia?

NIA Acronym is Neuromuscular Integrative Action.

In practical terms, Nia is a blend of dance and movement designed to integrate the body, mind and spirit.

It is adaptable to all levels of fitness, and is a fun, low-impact workout that gets the heart pumping.
